Exchanges and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in resalable condition and has its original tags and packaging. You can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund in the form of store points or a gift card.

Worn, washed, or non-original condition items are not eligible for return or exchange. Socks, underwear, and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange. If the exchanged item is cheaper than the original item, the price difference will apply.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If you purchased the item more than 14 days ago, we regret that we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If your application is approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the amount to you as a gift card.

Return Method:

To return an item, please mail it to our shipping address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Delivery time for the replacement product may vary depending on your location.

Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable and insured courier service. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
